Up for sale is a 1972 Datsun 240z- Running and Driving

3rd owner of car, purchased in May of 2014 in Aledo, Texas
Z runs and drives great but vehicle was involved in a front end collision October of 2017. The car will need cosmetic work, but is driveable as is. Left front tire scrapes fender slightly on sharp right turns. (see Youtube video). Part of the radiator support was also slightly bent inwards, causing it to be a little bit deformed, but does not affect how the car engine runs or how the car drives. (See Youtube video) The car also has a slightly bent right front frame rail from the second owner (I am the 3rd owner), but was partially repaired by Rising Sun Performance Datsun specialist in Benbrook Texas under the 2nd owner’s care.
On a more positive note, the car is entirely numbers matching with VIN # HLS30-97895, original L24 engine with engine code #L24-122977, and it comes with the original paint (112 yellow) a paint color offered exclusively in 1972. Car is almost entirely rust free with the exception of the passenger seat rail that is beginning to show deterioration. Underside of the car still shows its original factory yellow hue and looks to be in overall excellent shape with the exception of the passenger rear frame rail.
